Terms of Service
Welcome to Noda, operated by Jupiter Soft (Kazakhstan). By accessing or using Noda, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service
Noda is a cloud-based knowledge platform that enables users to create, organize, and manage canonical knowledge for AI systems.
The service may include web applications, APIs, MCP integrations, AI-assisted features, and related cloud services.
2. Accounts
You must sign in using a supported authentication provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials associated with it.
You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
3. Subscription
Noda is offered as a subscription service.
Available plans, usage limits, trial periods, and pricing are described on the Pricing page.
Some features may only be available with an active subscription.
Payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders.
Paddle provides payment-related customer service, invoices, tax handling, and returns.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page or through the subscription management link provided by Paddle.
Cancellation prevents future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period unless a refund is issued.
Noda is a digital SaaS product. No physical goods are shipped.
Access to paid features is activated after successful checkout.
4. Account Inactivity and Data Retention
If a subscription expires and is not renewed, the account remains inactive.
Customer data is retained for up to 60 days after the subscription expires.
If the subscription is not renewed within this period, the account and all associated knowledge may be permanently deleted.
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
5. Usage
You may use Noda only in accordance with applicable laws.
You agree not to:
- attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data;
- interfere with the operation of the service;
- abuse APIs or integrations;
- use the service for illegal activities.
Jupiter Soft may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the knowledge and content you create in Noda.
By using the service, you grant Jupiter Soft permission to store, process, and index your content solely for providing and improving the service.
We do not sell your private knowledge to third parties.
7. Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
Noda is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jupiter Soft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time.
