Refund Policy
We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
To request a refund, contact support@jupitersoft.kz or use the refund link provided by Paddle in your receipt.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, the subscription is canceled and access to paid features is revoked.
After the 14-day refund period, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or handled otherwise by Paddle.
