This Privacy Policy explains what information Noda collects, how it is used, and how we protect it.
1. Information We Collect
Noda collects only the information necessary to provide the service.
This may include:
- your Google account identifier, name, and email address;
- account and subscription information;
- authentication data;
- technical information such as browser type, IP address, timestamps, and request logs;
- articles, categories, tags, attachments, and other content that you intentionally create or upload to Noda.
We do not collect information that you do not choose to provide.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used solely to:
- authenticate your account;
- provide the Noda service;
- store and retrieve your knowledge;
- build search indexes and AI search capabilities;
- improve security, reliability, and performance;
- provide customer support;
- measure service usage and subscription limits.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your private knowledge for advertising.
3. AI Processing
When you use AI-related features, only the information required to fulfill your request may be processed by external AI providers.
4. Service Providers
Noda may rely on third-party services to operate the platform, including:
- Google Authentication;
- Cloudflare Workers;
- Cloudflare D1;
- Cloudflare R2;
- Cloudflare Vectorize;
- Paddle (billing);
- AI providers required to process AI requests.
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the service.
5. Cookies
Noda uses only essential cookies required for:
- authentication;
- maintaining your session;
- basic application functionality.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or marketing pixels.
6. Your Knowledge and Access
You retain ownership of all knowledge you create or upload to Noda.
Your knowledge is private by default.
Only the following parties may access your private knowledge:
- you;
- AI clients that you explicitly authorize;
- users or services that you explicitly grant access to.
Access is controlled by authentication, OAuth/MCP credentials, and the permissions you assign to those credentials.
Other users and other tenants cannot browse, search, or use your private knowledge unless you explicitly authorize such access.
If you choose to publish knowledge or share access, only the permissions you configure will be applied.
Noda never grants access to your private knowledge without your explicit authorization.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
8. Your Rights
You may request:
- access to your personal data;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of your account;
- deletion of the knowledge you have created.
